We are looking for an experienced Field Officer to manage on-ground operations, coordinate with clients and internal teams, and ensure smooth execution of field activities. The role involves frequent site/client visits, reporting, and problem resolution.

Handle end-to-end recruitment for bulk/volume hiring
Visit colleges, ITIs, job fairs, employment exchanges, and villages for candidate sourcing
Conduct field recruitment drives and mobilization campaigns
Coordinate and participate in job fairs and campus hiring programs
Screen, shortlist, and mobilize candidates for interviews and joining
Maintain candidate database and ensure timely deployment
Build strong relationships with local agents, colleges, training institutes
Explain job roles, salary, and company policies to candidates
Handle documentation and joining formalities
Travel to other districts/states based on project requirements
Prepare daily/weekly recruitment reports
Conduct regular field visits to sites/client locations
Supervise and monitor on-ground operations/workforce
Strong communication and coordination skills
Good people management and supervision ability
Willingness to travel extensively
Knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp, Email communication
Problem-solving attitude and accountability
Ability to work independently on the field
Hindi Knowledge preferable
