We are looking for a responsible and energetic Field Officer to manage and supervise day-to-day security operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth functioning of sites, monitor security guards’ performance, and maintain client satisfaction through regular visits and reports.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate security personnel at assigned locations.
Conduct regular site visits to check attendance, discipline, and performance.
Handle client requirements and resolve on-site issues promptly.
Prepare daily and weekly activity reports.
Assist in deployment, shift planning, and training of guards.
Ensure all security equipment and records are maintained properly.
