Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Conduct regular site inspections, including night rounds, to ensure guard presence, discipline, and alertness. Oversee daily attendance, deployment, and shift adherence of security personnel across assigned sites. Recruit and mobilize guards, supervisors, and support staff as per project requirements. Verify field-level documentation such as attendance registers, duty rosters, and visitor logs. Ensure guards are properly uniformed and equipped (torch, raincoat, ID card). Liaise with clients for on-site requirements, incident updates, and feedback. Serve legal notices, perform courier/RPAD duties as assigned. Submit daily reporting of site visits, manpower gaps, and guard feedback. Coordinate with Admin/HR on training, grievances, and replacement deployment. Support internal and client-side audit preparedness through regular site record checks. Qualifications:Minimum 5 years’ experience in field operations, preferably with a security agency. Working knowledge of security deployment procedures and staff supervision. Good communication, reporting, and documentation skills. Must own a two-wheeler with valid license. Preference given to ex-servicemen or those with night patrol experience
