Field Marketing Executive

Newtons Computer Classes, a reputed computer training institute in Gorakhpur, is hiring Marketing Field Executives to promote and generate admissions for various computer courses including DCA, ADCA, O-Level, Tally , and more. This is a performance-based role with attractive commission benefits. We are looking for self-motivated individuals who can work independently and bring students to our institute through field marketing efforts. Key Responsibilities: · Promote computer courses offered by the institute through field visits and local outreach. · Approach schools, colleges, coaching centers, and local markets to generate leads. · Convince potential students or their guardians about the benefits of computer education. · Handle the entire admission process from inquiry to enrollment. · Maintain records of daily fieldwork and lead conversion. Compensation: · Commission-Based Pay Structure · You will earn 30% of the course fee for each confirmed admission. · No fixed salary. Income depends on your performance. · Full payment will be made after successful admission and fee deposit by the student. Requirements: · Minimum qualification: 10th or 12th pass. · Good communication and convincing skills. · Must have a basic understanding of computer education and its importance. · Self-driven, confident, and result-oriented. · Experience in field marketing is preferred but not mandatory.
