Job Description

An IVF Marketing Executive promotes fertility services locally by building doctor/clinic relationships, organizing awareness camps, engaging patients, executing campaigns (online/offline), and reporting on lead generation, focusing on increasing brand visibility and patient referrals through strategic outreach and market understanding. Key duties include doctor visits, event coordination, market research, and managing promotions, requiring strong communication and healthcare industry knowledge, often in the IVF/gynecology sector, as noted in job descriptions from places like Archish Fertility & IVF, Ridge IVF, and Baby Joy IVF.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Relationship Building: Visit gynecologists, hospitals, and clinics to explain center USPs and generate referrals.
  • Event Management: Organize health camps, CMEs (Continuing Medical Education), and awareness programs for community outreach.
  • Patient Engagement: Interact with potential patients, understand needs, and guide them to the center.
  • Campaign Execution: Implement offline (brochures, events) and potentially online marketing strategies.
  • Market Research: Identify new segments, monitor competitors, and find growth opportunities.
  • Reporting: Track marketing effectiveness, leads generated, and campaign performance.
  • Content Collaboration: Work with medical teams to create educational materials.
  • Essential Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience: Previous experience in healthcare, pharma, IVF, or diagnostics marketing is a major plus.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree, with an MBA in Marketing often preferred.
  • Attributes: Self-motivated, target-driven, independent, and team-oriented.
  • Logistics: Own conveyance and willingness to travel (with allowances/support) are often required.
