Experience: 1–3 years (Fresher with strong field skills can also apply)

We are a leading provider of refrigeration and cooling solutions, serving industries like hospitality, food & beverage, pharma, and retail. To support our business growth, we are hiring a dynamic Field Marketing Executive to generate leads and promote our products in the Chandigarh and surrounding region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit potential clients (hotels, restaurants, retail outlets, etc.) to promote refrigeration products
• Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads
• Conduct product demos and educate clients on technical features and benefits
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Coordinate with the sales and service team for follow-ups and conversions
• Report daily field activity and progress to the manager

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline; marketing or technical background preferred
• 1–3 years of field marketing/sales experience (preferably in refrigeration, HVAC, or industrial products)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel extensively in the region
• Own two-wheeler and valid driving license
