Field loan Executive

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Loan Executive located in Kamrup district. The Field Loan Executive will focus on meeting clients to offer loan solutions, conducting field visits, verifying documents, and providing outstanding customer service throughout the loan application process. Responsibilities include building relationships with clients, driving loan proposals, and ensuring timely communication of approvals or discrepancies. The role involves achieving defined targets and collaborating with internal teams to facilitate seamless operations.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse clients and build trust
• Proficiency in documentation verification, attention to detail, and adherence to compliance procedures
• Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet daily/weekly targets
• Experience in financial services or loan processing is a plus
• Comfort with fieldwork and familiarity with the Kamrup district market
• Basic understanding of loan products and financial terminology
• High school diploma or bachelor's degree in any field is preferred
