Role Overview

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Field Inspector to handle on-ground inspections and coordination at residential properties in North Bangalore. The role requires local knowledge, travel, and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular property inspections and submit reports
• Document property status with photos/videos
• Coordinate with tenants, vendors, and homeowners
• Identify and report any issues or maintenance needs
• Assist with property inventory and documentation

Candidate Requirements

• Must own a bike with valid driving license (fuel expenses reimbursed)
• Must be based in North Bangalore or nearby areas
• Minimum education: PUC/12th pass
• Good communication skills
• Ability to use a smartphone (camera, WhatsApp, Google Maps)
• Punctual and responsible with field-related tasks
