We are seeking motivated and hardworking Field Executives to join our sales team in Bhubaneswar. The role involves on-ground customer engagement, document collection, and client acquisition for our financial services offerings. Key Responsibilities: Visit potential customers at their premises to promote financial products and services. Explain loan features, eligibility criteria, and required documentation. Collect and verify customer documents. Maintain daily reports of visits, leads, and conversions. Coordinate with the internal team for loan processing and approvals. Meet assigned sales targets and contribute to team performance. Eligibility Criteria: Age: 18 to 60 years Gender: Male preferred Education: 10th pass or below Experience: Freshers are welcome Language: Basic English and regional language proficiency Preferred Roles: Field Sales Executive, Senior Field Sales Executive Preferred Industry: BFSI, Retail, or Direct Sales Skills Required:Good communication and interpersonal skills Basic knowledge of field sales techniques Ability to work independently and handle targets Basic smartphone usage and reporting
