Our flagship product, Swadnidhi, is a complete restaurant management application designed to help restaurants, cafés, and cloud kitchens manage orders, billing, inventory, and menus with ease.

We are looking for energetic and self-motivated Field Sales Executives to introduce Swadnidhi to restaurants and food businesses in your area.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit restaurants, cafés, cloud kitchens, and food businesses in person to promote Swadnidhi.
• Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly to potential clients.
• Provide live demonstrations of the Swadnidhi application (on tablet/phone).
• Collect leads and follow up to close sales deals.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets.
• Gather market feedback and share insights with the product team.

Requirements

• Proven experience in field sales, preferably in FMCG, POS systems
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle rejections professionally.
• Comfortable with local travel for client visits.
• Basic knowledge of mobile applications and tech demos.
• Fluency in local language (English/Hindi added advantage).
