1. Property Recovery:
- Recover possession of properties from defaulting tenants or owners- Conduct site visits and inspections to assess property condition- Develop and implement recovery strategies2. Eviction Management:- Manage the eviction process, including serving notices and filing lawsuits- Coordinate with law enforcement and locksmiths for property takeovers3. Dispute Resolution:- Handle property-related disputes, including negotiations and mediations- Resolve issues with tenants, owners, and other stakeholders4. Property Maintenance:- Ensure properties are secure, safe, and well-maintained- Coordinate repairs and maintenance with vendors
