Job Description

The Field Executive is responsible for promoting pharmaceutical products, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, achieving sales targets, and ensuring the company’s brand presence in the assigned territory. This role requires frequent field visits, effective communication, and a strong understanding of pharmaceutical products and market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Promotion:
  • Promote and sell the company’s pharmaceutical products to doctors, chemists, stockists, and healthcare institutions.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Market Development:
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market share in the assigned region.
  • Conduct regular visits to clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies.
  • Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with healthcare professionals.
  • Address customer queries and provide accurate product information.
  • Reporting & Documentation:
  • Submit daily/weekly reports on sales activities, market trends, and competitor analysis.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and product distribution.
  • Compliance & Training:
  • Ensure adherence to ethical marketing practices and company policies.
  • Participate in training sessions to update knowledge of products, therapy areas, and selling techniques.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or Business Administration (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or field operations (freshers may be considered for entry-level roles).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and reporting tools.
