Field Executive

As a Field Leader, you will play a crucial role in our operations by delivering exceptional client experiences. Your responsibilities will include managing client interactions, conducting training sessions, ensuring accurate field documentation, overseeing loan collections, and resolving issues promptly. By fostering trust and operational excellence in the field, you will contribute significantly to achieving organizational goals. Key Responsibilities: - Manage a caseload of at least 650 clients, addressing their concerns and needs efficiently. - Facilitate loan disbursements ranging from 15 to 20 lakh monthly, following company policies. - Conduct Credit and Group Training (CGT) sessions to empower clients with financial management skills. - Perform Loan Utilization Checks to verify the appropriate use of disbursed funds. - Maintain full coverage of all households in the assigned portfolio, ensuring no eligible client is overlooked. - Conduct thorough Know Your Customer (KYC) verifications, meeting regulatory and organizational standards. Qualifications Required: - Client Handling: Demonstrated ability to professionally, empathetically, and efficiently manage client interactions. - Field Work: Experience in conducting on-site visits to assess client needs and verify information. - Monitoring: Proven track record of proactively tracking client accounts to ensure loan compliance and address any issues. - Technology Proficiency: Skilled in using computers and mobile devices for record-keeping, communication, and transactions. - Bike Riding: Efficient navigation between client locations and the office for timely service delivery. - Adaptability: Willingness to learn new skills and embrace professional growth opportunities.
