Field Executive

Location: Pune Type: Full-time Experience: 1–2 years (Field Operations / Client Visit / Coordination) Salary: As per company standards (share your range if you want it added) Job Summary We are looking for an energetic Field Executive to handle on-ground tasks, client visits, documentation, deliveries/collections, and basic operational support for LaunchX. The role requires someone responsible, disciplined, and comfortable traveling within the city. Key Responsibilities Visit clients/vendors for documents, signatures, collections, or submissions. Coordinate with internal teams to complete field tasks on time. Ensure proper handling and safety of company documents/materials. Perform basic reporting of daily field activities. Support office operations when not on field tasks. Handle urgent assignments or same-day tasks as needed. Maintain a positive and professional attitude during client interactions. Follow company procedures, timelines, and confidentiality norms. Requirements 1–2 years of experience as a field executive / field runner / operations assistant. Good communication and professionalism during client interactions. Must know Pune routes and locations. Two-wheeler & valid driving license mandatory. Basic mobile/laptop handling for reports and updates. Responsible, punctual, and trustworthy. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Preferred Skills Experience in operations, fieldwork, logistics, or admin support. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines. Problem-solving and quick decision-making skills.
