Authenticate submitted documents (IDs, degrees, employment proofs) against databases or guidelines. Background Checks: Conduct thorough checks for education, employment, address, or criminal history. Record Management: Maintain accurate, confidential records of verification processes and results, updating databases. Coordination: Liaise with internal departments, clients, or third parties to resolve queries or issues. Reporting: Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, and Daily MIS (Management Information Systems) on verification status. Compliance: Adhere to data protection, privacy regulations, and company policies. Escalation: Flag and escalate discrepancies or suspicious findings to management.
