Position Overview

We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Field Executive to handle the pickup and drop-off of Apple devices across Bangalore. As the face of iFix India, you will ensure timely, safe, and professional delivery of customer devices, while upholding our brand’s reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage pickup and delivery of Apple devices between customer locations and service centers.

• Ensure secure handling of devices and timely completion of assigned tasks.

• Communicate politely and professionally with customers at all times.

• Maintain accurate records of all pickups and drops.

• Coordinate with the store managers and logistics team to plan efficient delivery routes.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Bangalore’s routes and traffic conditions.

• Two-wheeler and valid driving license (mandatory).

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and responsibly.

Work Schedule

• 6 days per week

• Rotational weekly off

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 (based on experience and skill set)

• Incentives: ₹3,000 – ₹10,000 (performance-based)

• Fuel allowance provided
