— Leading a team of HESPL Field Staff & Haqdarshak team to ensure citizens served on various social entitlements — Ensure Hiring, Training and provide mentorship and training support to Field Agents* (Haqdarshak- HD). — Spend at least 90% of the time on the field engaging with partners, entrepreneurs and team members. — Build and maintain relationships with field officials, Government Agencies and developmental organizations. — Conduct Digital productivity/ financial literacy training. — Fellows will need to identify HDs in the local community and onboard them through AMS on the HD Portal. — Fellows will mobilize the community to attend the camp for applications. — Take complete ownership of assigned districts.
