Visit residential and commercial construction sites regularly to identify upcoming marble requirements.
Collect and record details of ongoing and upcoming projects, including builder/contractor contact information, project stage, and material needs.
Build and maintain relationships with site engineers, architects, and project owners.
Report leads and project information daily/weekly to the sales or business development team.
Capture on-site photos and maintain an updated database of active projects.
Stay informed about competitors and local market trends in marble and stone materials.
Assist in coordinating follow-ups between the sales team and potential clients.
