Bharat Car is expanding rapidly, and were looking for a reliable, confident, and energetic Field Executive in Bangalore to manage local host onboarding and customer care operations.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, solving on-ground challenges, and being part of a fast-growing mobility startup.
???? Key Responsibilities:
Visit and onboard new car owners (hosts) to the Bharat Car platform
Clearly explain our business model, onboarding process, and benefits
Handle local customer issues such as pickup/drop, key handovers, etc.
Coordinate with the backend team for quick resolutions
Represent Bharat Car with confidence, discipline, and a professional attitude
? Who You Are:
Strong communicator (Kannada, Hindi, and/or English)
Comfortable working in the field and engaging with people
Trustworthy, proactive, and solution-driven
Prior experience in customer service or field ops is a plus (not mandatory)
