Field Engineer II

Job Description Role Overview: You will be a full-time Field Engineer II at Theme Engineer Services Pvt Ltd in Jaipur, responsible for providing technical support and field services to clients. Your tasks will include troubleshooting technical issues, managing field projects, and communicating effectively with clients and team members. Traveling to client sites and some work from home is expected. Key Responsibilities: - Troubleshooting technical issues - Managing field projects - Communicating effectively with clients and team members - Traveling to client sites as needed - Working from home when required Qualifications: - Strong Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills - Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal - Field Service experience, including on-site client support - Project Management skills for successful project delivery - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Relevant technical certifications or a degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field is a plus - Experience in the engineering services industry is beneficial,
