As a Field Engineer II within the Global Scientific and Laboratory Services (SLS) Knowledge Management team at Cytiva, you will serve as a subject matter expert (SME) responsible for presenting, implementing, and troubleshooting software and automation interface solutions for customers. This role will be entirely remote with occasional travel to customer locations, contributing towards our vision of advancing future therapeutics from discovery to delivery. Your responsibilities will involve: - Innovating and resolving customer issues related to software and automation integration of instruments with customer networks - Utilizing your expertise to create documentation and protocols for software and automation deployment in pharmaceutical GMP facilities - Leading internal and external customer communications and collaborating with cross-functional teams - Providing valuable feedback to drive issue resolution, define roadmaps, and achieve performance objectives - Contributing to the advancement of Knowledge Management by participating in various programs and databases - Maintaining technical expertise in industry standards through close interaction with customers Ideal candidates will have a background as a software engineer with experience in automation and system integration, holding a Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, applied science/engineering, or equivalent field. A self-motivated individual who excels in working independently and possesses fluency in technical English, spoken and written, is sought after. Additional qualifications that would be advantageous include experience in continuous improvement and change management, success in educating and supporting customers, and familiarity with Cytiva Instrumentation and filtration products.
