Responsibilities:
1.Visit a minimum of 15 overdue/write-off clients daily for effective recovery.
2. Execute recovery strategies and negotiate repayment plans with clients.
3. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
4. Collaborate with the team to optimize recovery processes.
5. Provide timely and comprehensive reports on recovery activities.
Requirements:
1. Fresher with Matriculation with age group 20-35 years.
2. Good communication and negotiation skills.
3. Ability to work independently and meet daily recovery targets.
4. Proficiency in local languages for effective communication with clients.
5. Possession of a bike & valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the designated area.
