Job Description

As a Collections Officer, your role involves reviewing the company debtor list, contacting customers regarding overdue bills, preparing financial statements for banks and the state credit department, and responding to customer queries. Key Responsibilities: - Review the company debtor list - Contact customers and inform them of overdue bills - Prepare customer financial statements for banks and the state credit department - Respond to customer queries Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in accounting, business management, or a similar field - Previous experience working as a Collections Officer - Excellent negotiating skills - Good written and verbal communication skills - Familiarity with state debt collection laws - Knowledge of office and accounting software - Patience and resilience As a Full-time Collections Officer, you will be expected to work day shifts in person. A higher secondary (12th pass) education is preferred, and having a total work experience of 1 year is an advantage. Secondary (10th pass) education is also considered preferred for this role.,
