Are you a graduate looking to make a real impact? The Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR), in partnership with Society for Applied Studies (SAS), is leading a national project to develop growth standards for Indian children—an initiative of lasting importance for public health.

We’re hiring Field Assistants to conduct anthropometric assessments of children in the community. Your contribution will directly support meaningful, data-driven outcomes in child health policy across the country.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university

1+ year of fieldwork experience in nutrition/public health projects (preferred)

Familiarity with anthropometry techniques is a strong plus

Good communication skills in English and Hindi

Willingness to work in community settings

Key Responsibilities

Accurately carry out child growth measurements following study protocols

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary field team to ensure data quality and field efficiency

Engage with caregivers and community members respectfully and sensitively

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
