Job Description

FIELD APPLICATION ENGINEER- MACHINE VISION

Expertise in their vision tools and programming.
Direct customer support and online assistance in helping customers choose the

best machine vision camera and lens

providing technical support and service to clients
Knowledge about lighting for machine vision and light effects.
Camera selection, camera adjustments, Lens selection.
Conducted in-house and on-site (line) demonstrations for AI-based machine vision

systems tailored to customer applications.

Evaluated and selected appropriate industrial cameras, lenses, and lighting systems

based on application requirements such as FOV, DOF, resolution, and inspection

parameters.

Programmed PLCs for integration with vision

systems and automation equipment.

Carried out complete system integration including camera setup, communication

interface (Ethernet/IP, Modbus, TCP/IP), and HMI development.

Managed on-site commissioning, troubleshooting, and fine-tuning of machine vision

systems for optimal performance.
