Job Title: Field Application Engineer (EV Charger) Location: Ahmedabad Employment Type: Full-time Role Overview: Seeking a Field Application Engineer to provide technical support for EV charging solutions. The role involves troubleshooting power systems (telecom, UPS, solar inverters) and collaborating with service teams and R&D to resolve field issues and enhance customer support. Key Responsibilities: Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues in EV chargers. Conduct on-site inspections, testing, and repairs. Collaborate with R&D for design improvements and feedback. Maintain technical logs, documentation, and provide training to service teams. Propose improvements to enhance product reliability. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field. 3+ years of experience in a technical field role (telecom, UPS, solar inverters). Strong understanding of electrical systems, power distribution, and AC/DC fundamentals. Familiarity with embedded controllers, firmware, and debugging tools. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and adaptability skills.
