Fibre - Supervisor

Key Responsibilities: Supervise fibre laying, splicing, and testing work on-field Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams Ensure adherence to Jio's quality and safety standards Monitor project progress and resolve on-site issues Prepare and submit daily work reports and updates Ensure timely completion of FTTH, enterprise, and backbone projects Requirements: Diploma/ITI/Bachelor’s in Telecom/Electrical/Civil or related field Minimum 2–4 years of fibre deployment experience Knowledge of OTDR, splicing machines, and other fibre tools Field supervision and vendor coordination experience Willingness to travel locally; bike with valid license preferred Interested can reach out at: rupam.singh@bmspl.co/9398736612 Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Work Location: In person
