Salary Range: ₹12,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience & skills)

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Female Tour Executive to join our travel team. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of Domestic & International tour packages, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage clients efficiently via email and phone.

Key Responsibilities

• Interact with clients through email, phone, and in-person meetings.
• Design customized itineraries, holiday packages, and prepare costings.
• Handle Domestic & International destinations (Kashmir, Himachal, Kerala, Nainital, Goa, etc.).
• Coordinate with hotels, transport vendors, and other service providers.
• Process payments, manage advance deposits, and confirm bookings.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain long-term client relations.
• Assist with sales, marketing, and daily operational activities.
• Escort and coordinate tours when required.

Required Skills

• Strong communication skills in English & Hindi
• Knowledge of MS Office, Email drafting, and Internet browsing
• Good destination knowledge (Domestic & International)
• Ability to negotiate, customize, and finalize travel packages
• Customer service-oriented approach
