• Lead Generation: Making outbound calls to potential clients to promote real estate projects and generate leads.
• Property Information: Providing detailed information about properties, including ongoing and upcoming projects, such as plots and farmlands.
• Needs Assessment: Understanding client requirements and preferences to identify suitable property options.
• Appointment Setting: Scheduling site visits for potential buyers with the sales team.
• Follow-up: Maintaining contact with leads and potential clients to nurture relationships and convert them into sales.
• Database Management: Updating client information and maintaining records of interactions.
• Sales Support: Assisting the sales team in achieving sales targets by providing qualified leads and supporting the sales process.
