Female Tele Caller Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Finance Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for reaching out to customers via telephone to explain financial products/services, follow up on inquiries, collect documents, and assist in loan processing or recovery, depending on the assigned role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective or existing customers regarding financial products such as personal loans, business loans, credit cards, insurance, etc.
• Explain product features, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements clearly to the customer.
• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, digital platforms, or referrals.
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of conversations and follow-ups in the system.
• Coordinate with internal departments (credit, operations, collections) as required.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, leads conversion, or collections.
• If assigned to collections, follow up on pending payments or EMIs and ensure timely recovery.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum qualification: Graduate in any discipline
• 0–2 years of experience in tele calling, preferably in a financial services.
• Good communication skills in English and regional language(s)
• Basic knowledge of financial products or services is an added advantage
• Proficient in MS Excel / CRM tools (basic level)
• Persuasive and target-oriented approach
• Ability to work in a team and handle pressure

Salary:

₹[ 10,000 – 20,000] per month + incentives (based on performance)
