This is an outbound telecalling role, where you will connect with customers across India to ensure accurate order delivery information. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to customers to verify their address and pincode for e-commerce orders. Update and cross-check customer information based on the provided Excel sheet. Handle customer queries related to order verification in a professional manner. Ensure accurate data entry and follow-up on unresolved issues. Work collaboratively with the team to meet daily call targets. Requirements: Only female candidates are eligible to apply. Good communication skills in Hindi and English. Knowledge of additional regional languages is a plus. Basic computer skills to update and manage Excel sheets. Ability to handle customer conversations with patience and clarity.
