As a Team Leader at the Delivery Hub in Vizianagaram, your role involves leading a team of delivery executives to ensure high-quality shipment deliveries/pickups in accordance with operational standards. Your responsibilities will include: - Supervising shipment sorting and allocation. - Ensuring team adherence to operational procedures. - Preparing daily reports and managing ERP transactions. - Supporting team motivation, training, and performance. - Handling customer escalations and ensuring hub compliance. To qualify for this role, you should: - Be a minimum Graduate, with a preference for Masters degree. - Have local area knowledge and proficiency in ERP systems. You should possess: - Strong communication and team management skills. - Proficiency in MS Office. - Experience in logistics or a related industry.
