Job Role: Sales Executive

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in the showroom.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Build and maintain good customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Keep updated knowledge of products, offers, and market trends.
• Handle billing, payments, and basic documentation.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth store operations.
• Provide excellent after-sales service and customer support.

Skills & Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing and negotiation ability.
• Presentable personality with customer-friendly attitude.
• Basic knowledge of computers and billing.
• Prior sales or retail experience preferred (especially in jewellery/retail industry).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,500.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
