Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Support:
o Coordinate and support the execution of marketing campaigns, emailers, newsletters, and social media activities.
o Maintain campaign calendars and assist in tracking deliverables and deadlines.
Database & CRM Management:
o Update and manage CRM systems and marketing databases.
o Ensure leads, customer information, and campaign responses are accurately recorded and categorized.
o Prepare reports and dashboards to analyze campaign performance and lead conversion. Coordination & Communication:
o Act as a point of contact between marketing, sales, and other departments.
o Assist in communication with external agencies, vendors, and clients when required.
o Schedule meetings, follow-ups, and maintain records of marketing correspondence.
Reporting & Documentation: o Prepare MIS reports, marketing expenditure sheets, and performance summaries. o Maintain accurate records of proposals, marketing collateral, and invoices.
o Support data collation for presentations and management reviews.
Content & Creative Support: o Coordinate with the design and content team to ensure timely delivery of creatives, brochures, and communication material.
o Assist in proofreading and formatting marketing materials before release. Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) is an advantage.
Detail-oriented with an analytical mindset.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Educational Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
1–2 years of experience in a marketing coordination, backend, or operations support role.
Experience in digital marketing support or campaign tracking will be an added advantage.
