Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic, confident, and customer-focused Female Sales Executive to join our on-site sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling walk-in clients, explaining project details, building relationships, and ensuring smooth post-sales support.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Interaction

  • Greet and attend to walk-in customers at the project site.
  • Understand customer needs and guide them with suitable property options.
  • Build strong rapport and maintain professional communication.

Project Presentation

  • Explain the project features, USPs, floor plans, pricing, and legal documentation.
  • Conduct site tours and help prospects visualize their future home/investment.

Sales Conversion

  • Handle negotiations, payment plan discussions, and closure of deals.
  • Coordinate with the sales manager and CRM team to achieve monthly targets.

Post-Sales Support

  • Assist in documentation and follow-ups post-booking.
  • Act as a point of contact for the customer until handover.
  • Liaise with back-office for updates, queries, and customer communication.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Gender: Female candidates only (as per team balance requirements).
  • Experience: 2–5 years in real estate sales or customer service.
  • Qualification: Any graduate; MBA in Marketing is a plus.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication (English, Hindi, and local language preferred).
  • Confident and presentable personality.
  • Ability to build trust with clients and deliver results under deadlines.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools).
