Key Responsibilities

• Front Desk Management: Greet and assist patients and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.
• Appointment Scheduling: Manage patient appointments, ensuring efficient use of clinic time and resources.
• Communication: Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages, directing them to the appropriate departments.
• Administrative Support: Maintain patient records, process billing, and manage office supplies.
• Patient Assistance: Provide information about services, procedures, and post-operative care as needed.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
• Experience: Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Skills:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment.
• Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality.
