Female Preschool Teacher

As a Preschool Teacher at Medhaam Preschool & Daycare, you will be responsible for imparting the curriculum in the classroom on a day-to-day basis. Your duties will include creating monthly planners and lesson plans, developing teaching aids such as charts and diagrams, and recording individual classroom observations for all children. Additionally, you will be expected to prepare feedback and assessment reports for parents prior to Parent-Teacher interactions. Interacting regularly with parents, attending to their queries, and collaborating with other mentors and the School Head on organizing events and activities are also essential aspects of this role. The ideal candidate for this position should be a female graduate with 1-7 years of experience in teaching at a preschool or daycare. Strong communication skills, a pleasing personality, and a degree in Early Child Education would be advantageous. Demonstrating strong values, work ethics, punctuality, and respect, as well as being patient and a team player, are qualities we value in our staff. The working hours for this position are Monday to Friday and two Saturdays from 8:30 am to 2:30 pm. The role is full-time and permanent, with the work location being in person at our South City 1, Gurgaon Branch.
