Female Presales Executive

The Telecaller Executive is a critical link between the company and potential clients. This role involves making proactive outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, generating qualified leads, and scheduling property site visits for the sales team. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a passion for real estate.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided databases and campaign responses to introduce and promote our real estate projects (residential/commercial).
• Inquiry Management: Handle inbound calls, address customer queries regarding properties, pricing, and project details, and provide accurate information.
• Lead Qualification: Qualify leads by understanding the client's requirements, budget, timeline, and investment interests.
• Appointment Setting: Successfully persuade and convince prospective clients to schedule site visits or meetings with the Sales Team.
• Client Relationship: Follow up with potential clients on a regular basis to nurture leads and build a strong rapport.
• Data Management: Accurately update and maintain customer records, track all interactions, and manage the lead status in the CRM software/database daily.
• Sales Support: Coordinate effectively with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.
• Reporting: Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports on call volume, lead conversion rates, and overall progress.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
