We are looking for a data-driven and results-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to manage and optimize our paid advertising efforts, primarily focusing on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns and ensuring high-converting Google-focused landing pages. You will be responsible for the end-to-end execution, analysis, and optimization of campaigns to drive high-quality leads and conversions. Key Responsibilities:1. Paid Media Campaign Management (Meta & Google): Plan, execute, and manage daily budgets and operations for paid social campaigns on Meta Ads Manager (Facebook/Instagram), focusing on audience segmentation, creative testing, and scaling successful ads. Manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube) to drive targeted traffic to dedicated landing pages. Conduct continuous A/B testing on ad copy, visuals, audience targeting, and campaign structure to improve key performance indicators (KPIs) like CTR, CPC, CPL, and ROAS. Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics daily, adjusting strategies in real-time to maximize ROI. 2. Landing Page Optimization & Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Develop, implement, and manage high-performing landing pages specifically designed for Google Ads traffic, ensuring mobile-friendliness and fast load times. Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure landing page messaging aligns seamlessly with the ad copy. Conduct A/B/n testing on landing page elements (headlines, CTAs, forms, layout) using tools like Google Optimize (or similar) to maximize conversion rates. Analyze user behavior on landing pages using tools like Google Analytics, heatmaps, and session recordings to identify and fix friction points. 3. Reporting and Analysis: Generate regular, detailed performance reports on all Meta and Google campaigns, highlighting key trends, insights, and optimization recommendations. Ensure accurate conversion and pixel tracking is set up and working correctly across all platforms (Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4). Provide data-backed strategic recommendations for future campaign direction and budget allocation. Essential Skills & Requirements: 1-3 years of proven, hands-on experience managing and optimizing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads and Google Ads (Search/Display/PPC) . Demonstrable experience in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and landing page testing/management. Expertise in setting up and troubleshooting tracking via Google Tag Manager (GTM) , Meta Pixel , and Google Analytics (GA4) . Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and translate findings into actionable strategies. Proficiency with relevant tools: Meta Ads Manager , Google Ads Platform , Google Analytics , and a CRO tool (e.g., Google Optimize, VWO, Unbounce). Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with creative and development teams. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
