Female Growth Marketing Executive

Kühl Teen is looking for a passionate and results-driven Female Growth Marketing Executive to join our team.

If you love digital advertising, have an eye for analytics, and enjoy growing brands from the ground up, this role is for you! You’ll plan, execute, monitor, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other platforms, helping build Kühl Teen’s digital presence and reach more teens every day.

What You’ll Do

• Run Paid Campaigns: Take ownership of paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms.
• Monitor & Optimize: Track performance, analyze results, and tweak campaigns to deliver the best ROI.
• Target the Right Audience: Define and refine audience segments to reach the teens who matter most.
• Manage Budgets: Handle ad spends efficiently, ensuring campaigns stay within budget while maximizing impact.
• Report & Recommend: Generate actionable insights and suggest improvements to strengthen our digital strategy.
• Collaborate: Work closely with internal teams and agencies to align campaigns with Kühl Teen’s brand goals.
