Job Description

A Front Desk Officer or Receptionist plays a vital role in creating a positive first impression for visitors and callers. Key responsibilities include: - *Greeting Visitors*: Welcoming visitors, answering their queries, and directing them to the relevant personnel. - *Managing Phone Calls*: Handling incoming calls, taking messages, and transferring calls to the appropriate staff members. - *Handling Correspondence*: Managing emails, letters, and packages, and ensuring timely responses. - *Scheduling Appointments*: Coordinating and scheduling appointments, meetings, and events. - *Maintaining Records*: Keeping accurate and up-to-date records of visitors, meetings, and correspondence. - *Providing Information*: Responding to general inquiries and providing information about the organization. - *Office Support*: Assisting with various administrative tasks, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing. - *Cash Handling*: Managing petty cash, processing transactions, and maintaining financial records. - *Security and Safety*: Monitoring the front desk area, ensuring security protocols are followed, and reporting any incidents. - *Customer Service*: Providing excellent customer service, responding to queries, and resolving issues promptly. To excel in this role, a Front Desk Officer should possess: - *Excellent Communication Skills*: Verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders. - *Customer Service Skills*: Ability to provide exceptional customer service, handle complaints, and resolve issues. - *Organizational Skills*: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and maintain accurate records. - *Technical Skills*: Proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Office, and ability to learn new systems. - *Attention to Detail*: Ability to accurately manage records, handle correspondence, and perform administrative tasks. - *Professionalism*: Ability to maintain a professional demeanor, handle confidential information, and represent the organization positively.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹26,520.71 per month
