Female Film Production Coordinator

We are hiring a Female Film Production Coordinator to assist in managing all aspects of film shoot coordination. This role involves closely working with actors, crew, and production teams to ensure smooth operations during pre-production, shoot, and post-production phases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule meetings with actors, crew, and clients.
• Assist in location scouting, scheduling shoots, and managing production logistics.
• Act as a point of contact between actors and the production team.
• Guide actors on poses, expressions, and wardrobe as per shoot requirements.
• Negotiate with talent and vendors as needed.
• Maintain shoot records, call sheets, and daily production reports.
• Manage shoot-day activities and resolve on-ground issues smoothly.

Requirements:

• Female candidate with a passion for film production and coordination.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in Hindi and English.
• Ability to multitask, manage timelines, and handle on-set pressures.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of film production processes is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
