Job Title: Office Assistant / Data Entry Operator (Female)
Location: Manesar, Gurgaon
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹28,000 (In-hand)

We are a well-established leader in the flooring industry, providing high-quality commercial and residential flooring solutions. Our services include Epoxy and PU coatings tailored to various project requirements. We are looking for a smart, proactive, English-fluent (written & spoken), well-organised, and multi-tasking Office Assistant/Data Entry Operator to support our daily office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily administrative tasks: filing, documentation, printing, scanning, and data entry
• Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, purchase orders, and delivery challans
• Handle customer inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and email professionally
• Coordinate with sales teams, site supervisors, and vendors regarding materials and delivery schedules
• Maintain inventory records and follow up with suppliers
• Arrange Manager’s site visits, schedule client meetings, and maintain appointment calendars
• Manage office supplies and oversee basic office operations
• Handle courier, dispatch, and basic banking tasks (if required)
• Track material movement and update ERP/Excel sheets regularly

Requirements:

• Female candidates only
• Good communication skills (English required)
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office / Excel
• Prior experience in office coordination or data entry preferred
