Job Type: Full-time (Monday–Saturday, 09:30 AM – 06:30 PM)
Pay: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month
Work Location: Office (Work from Office)

About the Role

Reliance Animation Academy (Franchisee – Noida) is seeking a Female Counsellor to handle student counselling, admissions and course sales for Animation, VFX and 3D programs. The role supports the growth of the franchisee by guiding students and driving enrolments.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students on Animation, VFX, and 3D courses, career opportunities, and skill development
• Manage walk-in, phone, and online inquiries, converting them into admissions
• Achieve monthly targets for enrolments, course sales, and revenue
• Guide students through admission procedures and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with faculty and management for student progress updates
• Participate in marketing, outreach, and promotional activities for the academy

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in the Edutech industry (required)
• Experience in the Media & Entertainment industry would be an added advantage
• Strong track record in course sales, student enrolments, or business development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational and follow-up abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer operations
