• Convert leads & walk-ins into successful admissions.
• Manage calls, follow-ups, and maintain CRM records.
• Achieve enrolment targets with attractive incentives & rewards.

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of experience in counselling/sales (education preferred).
• Strong communication, persuasion & relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, target-driven, and confident personality.
• CRM/lead management experience is a plus.
