Job Description

Role Overview: As a Feasibility Manager at Precision for Medicine, you will be a key member of the expert Feasibility Department team. Your role involves supporting the delivery of various projects including pre-award, post-award, rescue, and stand-alone feasibility projects. You will be responsible for conducting feasibility analysis to support business development, operational strategy teams, and site identification for both new and ongoing projects. Additionally, you may also have the opportunity to contribute to innovative projects that keep Precision for Medicine at the forefront of scientific innovation in the biotech and pharma industry. Key Responsibilities: - Support pre-award feasibility projects by providing analysis and input for pre-award RFPs, including competitive analysis, historical recruitment analysis, standards of care evaluation, and site/country analysis. - Review clinical protocols, study assumptions, client information, and study plans for US and global trials. - Present and explain feasibility analysis to BD/Clients, including recommendations and rationale. - Collaborate with colleagues, consultants, and partners to gather and share feasibility information. - Undertake feasibility site outreach for pre-award opportunities and participate in BDM and client calls. - Provide support to post-award feasibility projects by delivering feasibility analysis aligned with study requirements. - Engage with patient advocacy groups and site networks to support study feasibility and successful delivery. - Analyze collected site data to identify sites accurately, model enrollment, and develop study strategies. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in a life sciences discipline. - Minimum of 5 years of related experience. - Relevant experience in feasibility analysis and site identification activities. - Proficiency in English communication, both verbal and written. - Strong management, organizational, analytical, and presentation skills. - Advanced computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis platforms. - Knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines. - Postgraduate degree preferred.
