Job Description

Capgemini is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operational Support Analyst I to join a top 10 US Insurance Carrier. In this role, you will be responsible for providing Incident Management Support (L1), triaging issues, offering ServiceNow Ticket Support, conducting research and analytics to support various initiatives, listening to IVR calls to provide proactive recommendations for tuning and improvement, maintaining documentation, participating in UAT Testing, and supporting initial validation activities after a production deployment. You will also be tasked with monitoring KPIs, tracking the actual value of deployed change requests, participating in Inspect & Adapt, and owning test data acquisition requests and troubleshooting. Additionally, you should possess skills and abilities to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders. The client is part of one of the largest Insurance Groups globally.
