Job Description

F&B Hostess is the first point of contact for guests in the restaurant. She is responsible for greeting and seating guests, managing reservations, and ensuring an exceptional dining experience by coordinating with the service team.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
Manage reservations, walk-ins, and waitlists efficiently.
Present menus, inform guests of special items, and assist with basic queries.
Coordinate with servers to ensure tables are assigned fairly and efficiently.
Maintain a professional, friendly, and courteous demeanor at all times.
Ensure the reception and dining area remain clean, organized, and welcoming.
Handle guest complaints and requests politely, escalating when needed.
Provide accurate wait time estimates and keep guests informed.
Assist in maintaining guest records for repeat clientele and special preferences.
Support F&B operations during peak hours when required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
