F&B Hostess (Female)

The F&B Hostess is responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests in the dining area. She/he manages reservations, greets guests upon arrival, escorts them to their tables, and ensures excellent customer service throughout the dining experience. The hostess plays a vital role in the first and last impression of a guest’s visit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests promptly and courteously as they arrive.
• Manage reservations and seating using a reservation system or seating chart.
• Escort guests to their tables, present menus, and inform them of the day’s specials if applicable.
• Coordinate with the restaurant staff to ensure smooth guest flow and minimal waiting time.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the hostess station and front-of-house area.
• Monitor dining room activity to anticipate and respond to guest needs.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Assist in preparing the dining area before service and resetting tables after guests leave.
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen and service staff for smooth operations.
• Provide information about the restaurant, menu, or promotions to guests.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
