Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and service-oriented F&B Executive to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will oversee the day-to-day food and beverage operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and support smooth service in line with company standards.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily food & beverage operations.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Train, guide, and support F&B staff to maintain service standards.
Monitor inventory, place orders, and manage stock levels.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally.
Assist in planning and execution of F&B promotions and events.
Work closely with the kitchen and service team for smooth coordination.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Hotel Management or related field preferred.
Proven experience in food & beverage service or supervisory role.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
